Kinsa stands behind all of our thermometers however, if you are experiencing technical issues with your thermometer our support team is happy to assist you. Please reach out to us directly using the pink ? at the bottom of your screen or send us an email at support@kinsahealth.com. Our team will ask that you try a brief set of troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue Kinsa will gladly provide you with a new thermometer, at no cost, or issue a refund. We’ll also email you a free shipping label to return your broken thermometer, if necessary, to our offices. This enables us to investigate the issue further and continue to improve our products.
Kinsa can only accept thermometer returns purchased through our website or through a brick and mortar retailer like Walmart, Target, or CVS. If you purchased your thermometer from Amazon please contact Amazon to complete your return.
