How to delete your Kinsa account

You can delete your Kinsa account and all associated data within the Kinsa app.  Please note once your account is deleted the account cannot be recovered.  All information logged in the app will be lost.  You can delete your account in the Kinsa mobile app or from your computer.

How to delete your Kinsa account from the Kinsa mobile app


1. Open the Kinsa app and tap the Settings gear ⚙️1.png


2. Under the Account section tap on your email address

3. Next, tap Delete your account and data (If you do not see this option please update your Kinsa app and try again)

4. On the next screen, enter your current password and tap Delete Account 

  • If you don't remember your password tap on Forgot Password? to reset your password.  Once your password is reset, repeat these steps to delete your account.

  2. Read about what account deletion does
  3. Enter your email address and password to sign in
  4. Delete your account
