The USPS is moving slowly due to COVID-19 and other publicly-announced service delays. If your tracking number shows the order as in transit, and it's been significantly longer than 6 business days, we recommend calling your local post office or visiting this website from the USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm


Your Kinsa thermometer should arrive within 6 business days.

 You’ll receive a confirmation email for your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email once tracking information is available. There’s a 1-3 day processing time before USPS receives orders from our warehouse, at which point it takes another 1-3 business days to arrive. 

What should you do if your thermometer hasn't arrived after 6 business days?

  • Check your mailbox or anywhere else you normally receive mail. We only ship via USPS so the package is likely wherever you receive letters, and not always at your doorstep.

  • Check around your home, and with neighbors. Sometimes the USPS puts mail in the wrong mailbox or in an inconspicuous place such as behind bushes or pots if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox.

  • Super important: Wait an extra 2 days if tracking shows your order as “Delivered”. Sometimes USPS incorrectly marks packages that are still in transit, or they could be behind. Most packages almost always show up.
